    Little Sally part 2
I found these recipes on allrecipes.com:

    Banana Bread

    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup butter softened
    3/4 cups brown sugar
    2 eggs beaten
    2 1/2 cups mashed banana ( I used 3 whole)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 pan.
In a large bowl combine flour, banking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl cream butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and banana till well blended
Pour Banana mix into flour mix stir until just moist.
Bake 60-65 min. Done when toothpick comes out clean.

    Old Fashioned Pancakes

    1 1/2 cups flour
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 1/4 milk
    1 egg
    3 tbsp melted butter
*I added some vanilla and extra sugar to counter act the baking powder taste*

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in the center and pour in the wet ingredients, mix well. Make pancakes as normal!

I don't have the other recipes with me.
    See you soon!

    Little Sally Home Maker
Well Gabby did get to go! And she had a blast!! She is on her way to the Dr. right now to get her goopy eyes checked. I don't think it's pink eye but I don't know. They eye it's self is not pink and she doesn't rub them like they itch. But the skin around her eyes looks a little pink and puffy and her eye boogies are slightly yellowish and well goopy. So I'll be waiting to hear the out come of this.
I went and attempted to donate platelet's on Saturday while Gabby was out. It didn't go to well. (you should see my right arm) They attempted to do a two arm thing. Well they got the needles in and blah blah but my screen kept saying something was low. Turns out that I have very good platelet's. So good that they clotted in the line and botched the job. So I was a very unsuccessful donor but I can come back in 3 days and try again (one arm only next time.).
Depending on what part of the day you are looking at Sunday was ok. I made some homemade Pancakes from scratch and some Banana bread from scratch (no nuts cause I just didn't have any) and some Banana coconut muffins. (Yeah I had some banana's getting ready to bit the big one so I cooked them) Everything turned out great!!!! And I think dinner was wonderful I made Eggplant Parmesan!! Got some laundry and cleaning done.
